THIS is our application form.

All parts of it must be filled, and then posted on this forum.

If your application is impressive enough, you will be contacted by an officer by post for an interview. If it is not, you will not receive a response and your application will be deleted.

Past Military Experience / Training: (any military or training experience whether in your character's history or actual RP should be detailed.)

Reason for Applying: (the reason that you wish to join the Stormguard.)
